Booked the Superior room, there was a dead frog in the first room so I was relocated to another one. Roaches were everywhere in both rooms. The rooms only come with 3 towels and housekeeping only came in from 2pm to 4pm. I had to ask the front desk staff for towels 6 times over two and a half days and even then, there was a four hour wait. Area near the hotel is bleak, on a walk to a nearby Waffle House I was accosted by a very large stray dog. There are also many vacant buildings nearby. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to stay here, p.s the pool was also filthy.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, pet friendly!

Clean, comfortable, convenient — the 3 C’s! Safe location, and very easy access to Beltway 8 on the north side near the IAH airport. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly! I was working there, and we ended up staying nearly a month. Recommended!

Roaches everywhere in the hotel room. The housekeeping staff was rude and lazy. They dont clean worth a damn!

Lots of drugys hanging around the hotel They tried to brake in to my van destroyed the lock on the door
