Room was great. I had asked for an item and it took the staff the requests to get it. I also called the restuarant for in- dining and at first the message said they were closed, they weren't closed. I tried again and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. Poor customer service. I door dashed my meal since they obviously didn't want my business.

The Sheraton always has everything you need beautiful hotel airport shuttle, food options. I wish the youngsters of today were able to understand what it is to provide customer service. I find that they demand it for themselves, but do not do it themselves in the workplace. I blame that on the individual and not the company usually that individual find their way through the exit, Food was good.

The air conditioner in my room just was not adequate. I kept turning it down and it just would not cool the room off
