Hotel had no cable/internet, and was not informed by front desk clerk- Karmin until I was checked in and I checked room. I was not refunded money back because it was a Saturday and manager was not there. I ended up getting another hotel room somewhere else. I called Monday and spoke to manger- Victoria to get refund and she stated that I booked through Expedia and had to contact them. I contacted Expedia and they contacted hotel Manager- Victoria. She said I was in room 2 hours and was informed when I checked in which was a complete lie. Nobody wants to be in a room 2 hours without cable /internet by themselves. I was in and out that hotel in about 30 mins. The whole process was not handled right by front desk. If I would have been informed prior to checking in I would have never checked in

AM staff was very patient, welcoming willing to help, friendly. PM staff not so much, she spoke in a tone of you're bothering me I'm tired feel. So grateful for the kind smile and warm good morning.

The place was clean and everything worked. Location was close to shopping centers and to the place we needed to go to, very convenient.

The building smells musty and moldy. I didn’t stay. The room smells horrible. Very loud. Musty and Moldy

Front Desk staff are pleasant and professional. We stayed two days and asked for room cleaned after first day and it was done promptly. Check in check out was breeze.
