Stayed for two nights. Booked for convenience if location and breakfast so we didn't have to go somewhere else. Thai is an obviously remodeled hotel bought by Hilton. They did an ok job on the remodel but the rooms are soooo tiny no where to sit and the continental breakfast consists of cellophane wrapped muffins stale bagels and yogurt. If you wanted cereal you could buy it from their "store". Not a very good stay

Howard,Thank you for the reply and I am sorry the new renovated hotel did not hit the mark. Hilton is aware of the shortcomings of the breakfast menu and are in process of changing the menu. No respect for peace and quiet
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThe noise level among the guests and housekeeping was beyond normal. Housekeeping started at about 9:00am and it seemed to be a door slamming competition between the towel remover, housekeeping and the guests. I have not experienced this level of door slamming in a long time. I made the manager aware and he stated that they would take suggestions into consideration? Too late…I did not ask for a refund just wanted to make them aware that they need to train staff on how to properly handle the doors when cleaning the rooms or removing the trash. As far as the guests, they were just pure rude.
It was a heavy door but I made sure that I did it just let it slam.

Caryln,Thank you for speaking with me at checkout on the noise concerns from staff and guest. We are retraining and improving the housekeeping process to help minimize noise and to add new door cushions on the frames to dampen the sound. Es un hotel muy bonito, muy limpio, y muy decente, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. . El desayuno continental es una total decepción ya que es solo pan, yogurt , jugo y café. El personal del turno nocturno son muy apáticos, No te ayudan con la solución de los problemas. El manager de la mañana, es muy amable y está dispuesto a ayudarte en cuanto pueda. En general sí lo recomiendo y sí me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Nice hotel

Marc,Thank you for your review and feedback on your most recent stay with us. We do have bathroom fans but it is continuously operating on very low speed to keep noise down. It is a centrally operated system and not individual room controls. I will forward the breakfast comments to Hilton as they are taking the feedback to add more breakfast selections.
