Hôtel très pratique pour se rendre à l’aéroport avec service de navettes gratuites, personnel agréable et á l’écoute.
Chambres spacieuses. J aurais apprécié un petit déjeuner plus garni.

Conveniently close to the airport
Publié le 27 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe main reason why we chose this hotel was the short distance to the airport. After an 11 hour flight we were not too keen on driving a long distance.
Unfortunately we had to experience a very poor customer service. They never responded to several messages where we informed them about our time of arrival and asked abou the shuttle pick up. Due to construction at the airport and missing signs we had to walk around for over an hour and called the hotel twice before we finally could find the shuttle.
The breakfast had only a few choices and was very simple.
Clean rooms, but not good designed. Sliding doors to the bathroom and toilet is not ideal.
The staff was friendly and attentive.

This is a decent and family friendly hotel located 5 minutes to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Staff are welcoming and responsive. Will definitely stay there again.
