One of My Favorite Hotels
We have stayed at this hotel before and it has always been great. This time was no different. I love that they have paper plates, bowls, and plastic utensils available for guests. Also, there is never any problem getting more towels right away. I go down to the front desk to get them myself which is just my preference. For this stay we had two rooms and we were able to get adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family. My husband I were in one room and our daughters were in the other room. Everyone had a TV for themselves and having two bathrooms was wonderful. We also were able to just walk back and forth from one room to the other which was very convenient. The price of the rooms was great. On elevator was broken but we were I. The 6th floor and our wait for the elevator each time was just a few minutes. We will definitely rely be staying again. I highly recommend.

One of the elevators was not working. You can see light around the front bedroom door and it bothered my sleep. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the room. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Within walking distance to NRG Stadium but after a long day and night of walking, returning to the hotel to find BOTH elevators out of service was not acceptable. All guests were forced to climb the stairs in order to get to their rooms (we were on floors 5,6, and 7). A couple of people said that one elevator had been broken for the entire 4 days that they had been there.

Property was quiet and the staff I interacted with were nice. Unfortunately, there was only one working elevator the first night I got there and that one shook violently and staggered on the 7th floor. By the 2nd night, both elevators were down and I had to walk up 7 flights. Luckily, by next morning that elevator was repaired. I was relieved since that was my checkout day and I was not looking forward to walking my luggage down 7 flights of stairs.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. It is not a new hotel, but it is still well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The free continental breakfast has a good variety of items. It has a good sized pool and a small jacuzzi. It also and an exercise room. There was a gate at the entrance and there was a security guard which was good. We were four women visiting our family in Houston and we felt safe at the hotel. It was quiet, comfortable and the price was good. We will probably stay there again.
