Good Hotel for Business stays
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HotelsOlder Hotel with outside access but in good condition. There were a few people hanging out in the parking lot but not causing any trouble. Attendant at the desk for check in was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was quiet I felt safe I made it back to my room @1:30 it was well lit & I felt safe. The staff was very welcoming & polite‼️
Front desk guy was very nice & the housekeeper for my floor room 218 was very nice to talk with.

Obviously a past smoking room - stunk like smoke/urine. Filthy headboard with hair/dust, door lock broken, hole kicked in bathroom door, shower head barely functional. Walkways, staircase, parking lot stained and filthy. Vending machines out of order. Front desk man polite however we checked out two days early and they refused to refund our prepaid stay.

Tv didn’t work, I t took a day to fix. Toilet had no water in the tank, had to open A lid on the tank tune adjust the float stuck on the down position ask them to fix it and said they did and they never did it needs a new float stayed in this hotel for two days and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly property management didn’t know how to fix it didn’t care I was not impressed this was a handicap rail and you can expect a handicap person to take the lid off the toilet and adjust the float every time you want to flush the toilet

The staff is unbelievably rude. I needed some plastic spoon and walked to the breakroom hoping to find one. Apparently these guys keep their plastic ware behind the front desk.
Thought of looking for the plastic spoon in the break room by myself but I was rudely interrupted by a staff member and told never to look for anything in the break room. Very unprofessional staff. Will never return to this location.

he just coming to lobby try open one by one cabinet with out ask any one then i ask him what you looking for .what he need i give to him .he is rude front of customer check in
