The valets were probably the most helpful and friendly folks that we've met at our many stays at hotels.

This is such a beautiful property. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the art district and walkable to restaurants, shows, and street art. The amenities are great!- breakfast, gym, in room snacks and nespresso coffee, on site art gallery, and welcome Champagne.
I am marking them down because you can hear everything in the room. There was a car alarm that went off for 2 or more hours and it was from the valet parking area. It went off so long that my brain made it a permanent sound. You could also hear the showers from other rooms, doors closing, everything. It was so terrible that I did not get a good night of sleep and I woke up with a headache.
If I do stay again I would bring my noise machine and/or earplugs.
