It looks like you enjoyed your stay. My apologies the bed wasn't comfortable for you. We are replacing some of the beds. I will look at the bed in the unit you rented to see if it is one that needs to be replaced as well. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Hidden Gem
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsReally clean and super nice place to stay. A lot of restaurants and store are with in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again. Erika was awesome and is super helpful if you need anything.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience. My apologies as it appears that it wasn't perfect. Our large & spacious furnished apartments are a great fit for many and a convenient way to lodge larger groups and families when visiting the medical center, NRG, George R Brown and the many other amazing placing Houston has to offer. Later this year we will be building a large luxury hotel at this location. Be on the lookout for our new facility coming soon.

Great location and value

Unit could use some updating as the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms weren't in the best condition. Otherwise, the unit was very clean and mostly updated nicely. It was very nice having two bathrooms, full kitchen, and full living area in addition to the two bedrooms for a comparable price to a standard hotel room. The safety of a gated property and ample parking was also a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Houston.
