CONS: If you are looking for a overpriced motel this is it. My stay was 4 days in the suite. From Day 1 until the morning hours of Day 3, the building was without Cable because a homeless man destroyed the satellite. During this same time, the pool was also down due to over usage of chemicals. So there was nothing to do at the hotel for a while. Overnight representatives even told me that they only had board games to offer. On Day 3 ,around 10am, the cable and the pool finally opened at 11:00 am. The pool ,at the time, was mucky looking so we made the best of it until it got uncomfortable. By 10 pm that night, the homeless man blew the cable again. So of course, we were without cable the duration of the trip. Which in turn we got a FIRESTICK in order to get by. The general manager was suppose compensate us for the inconvenience and I have YET to see any effort's. I have called several times in the last week and nothing. ***Also, the breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. They were real stingy with servings.Even another guest laughed at the portions that were there. I just went out to enjoy the brunches elsewhere. ** Also, the rooms smell a little funny, so bring some air freshener PROS: **The front desk representatives were very nice and as understanding as they could’ve been. **The location of the MOTEL is nice despite the confusion of the entrance and the exit and the homeless **The rooms looked really nice and beddings were cared for.

This situation has forced us to relocate our satellite dish to an area that is inaccessible to anyone except our staff and contractors but this will ensure that these types of issues never occur again. Nice hotel

Nice room. The tv was tiny. The bathroom needs a new shower curtain and the shower fixture was loose but functional. Hard to find due to road work and one way streets. Traffic was terrible.

The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. What a stupid policy.

I have been to this hotel multiple times & loved it every-time. This time was a little different. I got the Two bedroom suite with the pull out sofa, and was very disappointed to find that the sofa smelled like a pile of piss. I couldn’t even sleep on it, the smell hit me so bad before i could even fully open the couch. It was so disgusting (plus plenty of stains on the mattress). They need a new mattress on that pull out couch or at least a deep clean before allowing another costumer to have to deal with that mess.

I was fraudulently charged for a stay I did not have at the hotel. They stole $104.13 for not staying after THEY told me there was no availability. I am pursuing legal action against these thieves!
