Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there.
We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It was a nice place to relax from all the hustle and bustle; yet convenient to stores, shopping centers , eateries and a movie theater.

Clean and convenient

The amenities were perfect and the communication from our host, Frank, was clear and easy. Being right on the small lake was so peaceful - the neighborhood is lovely and super quiet with mostly families and retirees. We loved how close we were to everything and can’t wait to return again soon.

A perfect home away from home

The kitchen was well equipped and we attended our family functions well rested. The house is close to all of the amenities Katy has to offer. Frank was very kind and responsive.

Nice location and property but could use some changes

The floors however had clumps of dog hair all over to where i had to vacume and sweep as soon as we got there. That was really gross and disappointing. Also the rooms availabile tonstay in are 2 guest rooms in which the 4 of us all had to share 1 bathroom to shower in. It would be better to clearly state that the master bedroom is not available to use so guests know what to expect. Other than that the pla e was great.

Thank you Kathy. Frankly speaking, You had a great group of people, lots of more than you said the 4. Some additional information specifically states that the master bedroom is used for storage only though the whole property is solely private for your family at this attractive rate. Regards.

Nice and convenient
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent a week in Katy seeing friends. This home was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood as well as convenient to get around the area. Walking trail around the nearby lake was great for taking our dog out for a little exercise.

Perfect location

We felt safe during our stay and Frank the owner was very friendly and would message me right back. We are from Cincinnati Ohio and came here to go to rodeo and visit our friends after our stay we are thinking of relocating here to Katy Texas. Texas forever.
