Stay was canceled because their pipes were broken and there was NO WATER.

I won’t lie to you, this is one of the best 3-star hotels that I have ever stayed. First experience with BWP and it was good, very luxurious hotel to be 3-star, clean rooms, clean baths, modern infrastructure, quiet and has shopping around it. The elevator has a weird sound reaching the 3rd floor, other than that it is pretty good! I will stay again here.

Upon arrival first room on first floor smelled moldy. Asked for another room. Second room on 3rd floor smelled of an illegal substance and to my understanding this was a smoke free hotel. Also, shower for would not stay closed. Rooms need to be checked out after cleaning. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.
