Room was big and spacious - very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable! My only complaint is there are no cabinets or countertops in the bathroom which left no place to set clothing or cosmetic/shaving kit bags.

Pretty good stay
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Gave out license plate number to park and the reception clerk went ugh when he saw what state we are from. We joked it off and said we are neighbors be nice. He just smiled.

Very clean was upgraded rooms for ADA. Opened late because she knew coming and very nice. We did handicap self parking with no charges. We have been trying hotels for 11 years and my husband finally said remember this one!

The overall hotel is clean and very convenient to hospitals downtown Houston. The only negative was the lack of plugs but the phone did have some charging options. Most hotels have lamps that have usb ports at the base but these did not; that would be a definite help. Otherwise the overall experience was good.

Pay for parking in hotel parking lot.
This is second start at this facility in less than a year and this time we had to pay $25 plus tax to park our car in the parking lot, after paying near $200 for the room.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good! The price was half as much as we paid last year at the Marriot just down the block, and only another 5 minutes walk to the hospital.

NRG Stadium
Wonderful stay. Was there for an event at NRG stadium. Easy to get to, just about a 30 minute walk. Room was great, kitchen had everything we needed, living room had plenty of space, comfy bed. Very clean and well maintained.

Just needed a place for the night
We are here in Houston’s medical hub for a procedure. The hotel was just a 5 minute walk from our destination. It couldn’t have worked out any better for us.
