Very clean, water was good and hot. Staff member that greeted us on arrival was very friendly. Room availability was not correct online at time of booking- we were advised we could keep the same room and he would take care of it in Expedia. Another, less friendly staff member flagged us down in the parking lot in the morning and had to redo the reservation and run my card - $20 upcharge. Room had jacuzzi, but was exceptionally small. Bed was ok, one chair, no desk, only available outlet was for hairdryer, no usb's. Toilet was behind a door, sink and shower were open to the room. Very odd setup. Expensive for what it is - but VERY clean, which I appreciated.

Dear Jenn,Thank you for your feedback; I will check with the front desk about the issues you have highlighted and make sure it was correctly handled; regarding room size, due to the footprint of the building, we could not increase the size of the room, and for hot tub room we felt that desk is not necessary as a guest is not a business customer. We focused on cleaning in the new future and plan to remodel the whole motel to fix these kinds of issues; we thank you and hope to serve you in the future.Thank you

The place was clean and tidy, I just didn't like the smoke smell but it was cheap so that's fair.

Very clean motel. The jetted tub was excellent. Conveniently located.

Great place to stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly and a convenient location only 30 min away from the shore.
