Quiet and convenient to Howell and Brighton. Could not beat the price. Neat and clean in the room and bathroom. Thank you to the owners for clearing the snow off my car in the morning, too!

The room was a non-smoking room, but based on the smell of the room, somebody was smoking in it. The room looked unkept. There was a hole on the bathroom door and holes on the bathroom wall. The comforter was dirty. I was going to stay and paid for 2 nights, but decided not to.
