The carpet and chairs didn't appear to be clean. There were some large visible stains on the chairs and carpet. Something that the hotel management may need to pay attention to. Also there was some hair in the bathroom, probably from the previous guests which make me think that the cleaning staff isn't doing their job properly. The customer service team was excellent though.

Under construction, stained carpets in our room. Very unorganized for a hotel. And the staff could have cared less about doing their job.

Comfy, short drive from downtown
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLocated on the outskirts of Howell, off-off a highway, this hotel was easy to access and navigate and is a very short drive from downtown. Room and bed very comfortable. They're remodeling but compensating pretty well. My only complaint (very minor) is that they ran short on mini cinnamon rolls quickly at breakfast both days we stayed.

Clean and comfortable.

The property was undergoing updating and renovations, so they created a makeshift check in area. But the staff made everything so pleasant and welcoming.
From what we could see of the renovations, it’s going to be very nice when it’s completed.
The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

Hotel status
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HotelsWhen we went, the lobby was under construction, which was no problem. They just had all guest move through an office. Next thing was it could've been updated especially bedroom flooring and bathtub just felt they were overall dinge. Other than that our experience was just fine.
