When booking this room, we were not informed that the hotel was under renovation. The renovation is understandable since the entire hotel seemed severely outdated. I could overlook that part of it. However, the hallways and our room were not properly cleaned. The floor in our room was heavily stained, the bathroom mirror was covered in toothpaste splatter, the makeup wipe packet on the bathroom counter had a dead bug squished on it, around the beds had food crumbs that hadn’t been vacuumed, and flat surfaces still showed beverage rings that weren’t wiped up. The breakfast area is currently in a meeting room that was unable to accommodate more than a handful of people. A family member of ours had their own room with similar issues to ours and I overheard another guest also complaining to the front desk about the lack of cleanliness of their room. I would say do better communicating the state of your hotel when people book rooms and housekeeping needs to be addressed immediately.

It’s under construction, but everything was very clean and no amenities were missing that I noticed. A very great stay, as always.

never was told when i made reservations that it was under construction, Staff was rude!!

Great but....

Room & bed were great and then I found a $10 unexplained charge on my credit card from Holiday Inn. Still don't know why.

The only criticism I have is that the carpet was stained in our room and the stair ways.
