The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch.

Very basic but clean. No wi-fi in the room. Had to ask for heated blankets after being told they were in place, wall heater was cracked in two so did not work. Insufficient plug points. Needs some serious attention to detail.

Convenient and comfortable

Our stay overall was great. The room was clean and very comfortable for our family of four and the kitchenette and fridge was nice to have as this was a stop over for us on route home to Pretoria. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, clean and lekker

We as a family enjoy the stay. The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. We used Nugmet as our halfway stop to our summer vacation destination. Will definitely stop and sleep over there again in the future. Will recommend Nugmet to all friends and family.

DISAPPOINTED!!

We arrived in the evening. The moment we arrived we were asked for money. this was so disappointing! we used a credit card to pay this hotel online in full.so, we were confused why the manager was asking us for more money? When we paid, we thought it was for bed and breakfast, but when we reach the place , we were told breakfast wasn't included in our booking! shocking!!. we drove three hours to this place, but the treatment was so shocking!! thank you for the bed ANYWAY, WE WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE!!
