Great place to stay

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, across the road from the beach which comes to life each evening with food stalls. Staff are professional and security is 24 hours. Rooms are spacious and clean along with the bathrooms and the breakfast buffet is very good.

Looks beautiful and manicured but no hot water our entire stay, no WiFi in room despite router and instructions. Mosquitos in room. Room service Menu in room but “food not available.” Staff’s response English and Thai was to stare at us and shrug. No Apology or explanation.

Had a very good stay. Friendly staff. Just starting to look a bit old. Seen reviews on how good the breakfast was. Taste very good. Everything a bit disorganised . No eggs on display. Told later I could ask for them. Message in English please. Otherwise very nice visit

Hotel was ok . Thai only breakfast, friendly staff close to the beach and a few restaurants and bars. I was there mid week very quiet area, too quiet for me I moved on.

Very good resort in Cha-Am

Very recommend for vacation. Banlansuan Resort is located at good location in cha-am, can find it easier. All staff are very nice and friendly. They all have service mind. The room is very clean and comfort. There are a lot of trees, so the resort is very shady. It's very suitable for relaxation.

Nice hotel close to the beach

The Banlansuan Resort was a very well located, modern property with touches of Thai charm to give it character. It lies just across the street from the beach in Cha-am along the main beach road. Lots of good restaurants and shops near by and about 2 km from the railroad station. I would stay here again.
