Déçu d'être déçu !

Hôtel superbe, chambres spacieuses, environnement très agréable; grande piscine mais le nombre de transats insuffisant, grande plage propre et c'est tout !!! Aucune animation, le plus proche commerce est à plus de 2 km, le personnel de la réception ne parle qu'un anglais succinct et doit faire appel à une traduction via le téléphone, ne serait-ce que pour demander un taxi, absence de transport à proximité. Le train qui permettrait de rejoindre HUA HIN n'offre qu'un retour à 17h30.Une navette vers le petit village pourrait être envisagée. Un effort de formation du personnel est souhaitable. Cet établissement est dimensionné pour recevoir de grands groupes( conférences, mariages...) mais les clients de passage sont délaissés (personnel inexistant autour de la piscine). En résumé un établissement sans âme malgré de belles infrastructures

You enter through the lobbies which set your expectations high, they are clean and very well managed but not overtly ornate, a pleasant setting. After this refreshing wait, you get taken to your room where the fridge occasionally lets out a loud crack, the air con creaks and cracks, 2 lights are falling out the ceiling and the kettle is 1 free fall away from getting its sky diving award due to a lead that is too short to reach the nearest socket but none of that matters anymore as you flopped heavily onto the bed following a long day of travelling and realise your mistake as it was just like landing on a rock and you are unsure whether the crack you heard was you or the bed. When you get up the next day you dind the floor is clean but the material on the wall is blackened from dirt over the years. You take a shower and find the ensuite is well maintained and the shower gives reasonable pressure and the temperature you desire. Later in the day you go to check out the pool and the beach. The former has a lot of detritus floating on the top as there is inadequate filtering and after your first ubderwater trip find it has a weird taste toatally different to what you expect from other pools you have had the unpleasant delight of tasting in the past, is it really chlorinated. The beach is a stunning stretch of sand and very clean with a little beach side restaurant. The hotel has a mixture of dishes for differing tastes but will cost upwards of 4-5 times what you pay elsewhere.

Dirty, old, all furnitures are old and damage. Wall has mold and in bad conditions, trash under the bungalow, below 1 star. Be careful, not like photos. I took all photos of all these, but don’t see upload option in Expedia. I will post photos on Google. Also they have beach chairs in front of bungalow, don’t sit on them. (It’s trap) Once you sit on them, the local guy with wood stick will harass and ask you for $. No price show anywhere. It’s just the trap to catch your $. We asked hotel employees there to help, they said these are the way that people get your cash. And hotel cannot do anything’s. This so crazy when this happen in Hotel facilities. Be aware and go somewhere else.
