Hôtel avec piscine très bien situé proche de la me

Petit hôtel très proche de la mer et tenu en famille. Uniquement route à traverser pour l’accès à la mer. En plus ce côté de la plage le plus agréable à mon avis : bande de sable accessible le matin en marée haute et vue sur la presqu’île avec le temple. Petite piscine très agréable. Les chambres au RdC étaient occupées par des familleS avec enfants, donc beaucoup de promiscuité. Mais pas gênant pour nous car nous étions au 1er étage. Calme la nuit. Salle du petit déjeuner qui donne sur la route assez bruyante mais ça aussi c’est la Thaïlande! Buffet petit déjeuner très bien pour un hôtel de cette taille. Personnel très sympathique et qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Par exemple : tuk tuk collectif à 10 baths par personne qui prend à la carte devant l’hôtel! Seul point négatif à noter : absence de rideaux occultants dans le salon où se situe le canapé lit.

Clean and new room, comfy sofa and bed

Good stay at the hotel. Helpful staffs but contacting them via internet may take several days to respond. Very comfy and big sofa and bed, however, you have to be careful not to keep the doors open because mosquitoes will come in.

Hotel still in construction

We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them. They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. The second room had no hot water (we came back at night), after complaining we got moved. The third room had no fridge, so they bring it from room one. This third room had then a horrible smell each time the toilet was flushed. At morning 8 AM the worker start working on the not finished parts. We escaped from the noise and left the hotel. In the afternoon we were very exhausted and it was raining at the beach that’s why we wanted to go for a nap to the hotel room. But the workers still mad a lot of noise and sleeping or recovery was not possible at all. We had to leave the hotel again. In the following night this room had no hot water anymore and we had to contact staff to get a shower in a fourth room. We took the chance and told the staff that they please should advice the workers to avoid noise close to our room at the next morning (Saturday), as we are in vacation. But we woke up again at 8 AM based on the noise of the workers, that was a good reason to leave…. Conclusion is that the hotel is still under construction, you need to expect unprofessional management, noise, smell, dusty and not working hot water. We are very disappointed that this hotel ruined our vacation.

We apologize for your experience with us. Yes, at the time we did have some problems associated with any new hotel. These have now been resolved and we are operating normally. Please see the reviews we have been receiving. You will see that we really have everything in place now and working fully.
