Mini trip.
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom wasnt as good as previous trip, the table was unstable/rocky, the shower curtain was too long and brown at the bottom, the bath was stained, no plastic sanitary bags in the holder...however the evening meal was nice and they leant me a charger for my mobile which was good. All restaurant staff were pleasant.

The Hotel wasn’t what I expected! The accessibility to rooms was awful (steps were required due to the wheelchair lift not working properly). The bed linen was dirty, toilet rolls half empty, bathroom door was faulty and didn’t close properly. The staff were very apologetic! The sheets / pillows were changed. Additionally, toilet roll was provided. I did ask for another room but was informed no rooms were available.

Great stay with just a few niggles
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOverall this is a lovely hotel. The room is great and the bed is the comfiest I think I’ve ever slept in. The shower is excellent and the staff were very friendly. The food and service in the restaurant were five star but the restaurant itself was a little chilly so we had to keep our coats on while we ate. The TV in the room was only picking up a weak signal so it was pixelating all the time and one of the handles on the window was broken and so couldn’t be opened
