The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
There were some things missing, like a coffee table or side tables, and not having tea towels or oven mits provided made getting anything out of the oven very difficult. However, we were provided other missing items very quickly.
The check in process needs some work, there is no reception so you get an email the day you check in with a link to pay. This didn't feel secure and I wasn't happy having to process payment this way.

Publié le 11 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis is a person-free check-in. there are no staff on site. if you miss the email inviting you to check in online, you can't - and have to chase by phone to get another email with a payment link. Then chase again to get the door codes, etc to get in, use the lift, etc. More like a youth custody centre than a hotel. Avoid.

My apologies if you have had a bad experience with us at Deal House Apartments. All our hotels are self check-in and it is normally a smooth and easy experience to stay with us. Unfortunately you seem to have missed all our emails sent to you on multiple occasions, these were sent before your check in date via email and included step-by-step information on how to gain access to our property. Our phone line is open 24/7 to offer our customers assistance with anything they may need before and during their stay. We do hope that if you do choose to stay with us in the future that you have a better experience overall.
