Søde og venlige men lidt skuffet over værelset.

Vi fik en grundig introduktion til området og hende vi snakkede med var super sød og hjælpsom.
Værelset så umiddelbart super godt ud, men da vi skulle til at lægge os til at sove kunne vi hverken lukke dørene til altanen eller vinduerne, så der var relativt meget gadelarm på værelset.

Publié le 26 juill. 2019 sur Hotels도착했는데 예약이 안되었다고해서 영어못하는 직원 때문에 애 먹고 빈방없어서 사장이 운영하는 딴 곳에서 하루밤 묵다가 다시 돌아와서 이틀밤 묵었는데 스위트룸을 줬음. 되려미안해짐.
전반적으로 깨끗함. 친절.

What can I say! This has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. I was only in hue for two days before fly out and soleil house and their staff were amazing! Not only were they friendly and made my staff effortless. They also went well and beyond to make sure my stay was a wonderful experience. I will certainly come back and visit and have already referred them to many friends!
