Clean modern hotel

Clean and modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet selection. Spa was expensive to use for 1 hour (€20pp) and wasn’t in good condition.

AmaZing , facilities are fab with the pool but you must pay for the spa. Friendly staff and beds and rooms are so warm and cosy.

The tiles at the bathroom, were not clean, windows do not shut properly, balcony area was not cleaned and the chair there was broken. The most stressfull thing is that I put my Oyster card, next to the door, inside where you keep the card to have electricity inside. Probably the cleaning staff took it. I still had money on it . I reported it at front desk but no efford from them to bother find who took it. Shameless

The location is central and restaurants just are around. the room is ok and big enough for a couple. the service should be more professional and polite to tell all the things about the hotel. Tatally it is a good choice in this village.

stayed in summer when only open for 4 days around cycle event. staff friendly but appeared to have limited knowledge, it felt as if they were shipped in for the few days with little training. Breakfast awful and whole place looked like bomb site. In 30 mins stay not a single table was cleared and ready for reuse. Curtains broken and unable to provide maintainence during our 3 day stay. Additional room provided but spent time moving between 2. rooms were well furnished and clean. Will not be returning. Disappointing

Dear Guest, We thank you for your feedback following your stay at the hotel Royal Ours Blanc. We are very sorry to hear that you did not appreciate your stay and that you considered the breakfast place as "a bomb site" . Our staff, friendly as you said, did their best to propose a quality breakfast even at 4 o'clock in the morning for the race day. The hotel was fully booked and so when everybody comes at the same hour, our waiter needs a few minutes to set the tables to welcome our guests in good conditions. For the technical problem you met in your room and we apologize for that, we found a solution by offering you a second room without asking you any supplement which was a significant commercial gesture. We propose you to keep the room with the brocken curtain for your luggage and bike storage which was a good compromise for you. We are a bit surprised about your negative return about this point. However, as our goal is the well-being and the satisfaction of our guests, we hope to welcome you again to one of our hotels in Alpe d'Huez to show you, that our staff can be more than "friendly with limited knowlegde" but also good professionnals beeing attentive to our guests' needs. Nice modern hotel close to all village facilities

Family room pretty small, ok for a w.e., would not fit us for longer period. Breakfast good, they even accepted to serve it ahead of time since we needed to leave at 7 the hotel. Not private parking available, but easy to park (off-season) close to the hotel.

Finally, about parking, we do not have a private one but we offer to our guests some spots inside a public parking close to the hotel with a prefernetial rate.
