Excellent rest, well located for wandering

Comfortable hotel, quiet and comfortable, well located near restaurants and beach but also a nice place to rest after a long journey (with good blackout curtains!

スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切です。
掃除も行き届いています。
ただ、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎるのと排水口がつまりやすいです

Staff was superb, especially Vineesh for airport pick up. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and 5-star service (much better than the resort in which we stayed at). Thank you for making our stay near the airport so wonderful and accommodating for our baby.

Not the best service
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HotelsNot the best service. I have asked for an item that we had not enough in our room at around 20:30. We have left the hotel next morning but still haven't received the item till then.
We had an early breakfast in the hotel. They said it would be ready at 6:30, so we would have time to eat as our transfer departed at 7:00. We had to wait till 6:45 with the breakfast as the counters were not charged, but at 6:58 we were rushed in the restaurant by the receptionist, then 3 minutes later with knocking at our door, other 2 minutes later with telephone call. Although we had to wait 15 minutes for the breakfast, they couldn't wait patiently 7 more minutes for us.

Excellent breakfast. Convenient location with friendly staff. Housekeeping did a rush job and had to be called to change wet towels.
