Business stay in Hull
Publié le 16 mars 2020 sur HotelsLoved the building along with the fitness suite. Staff very helpful. Good range of breakfasts. Walking distance to restaurants etc... Would happily stay there again. Who said its grim up north ! The people are lovely !

The photo on website is actually the back of the hotel. The entrance and therefore front of hotel is totally underwhelming. Looks more like blocks of flats! Definitely needs refurbishment inside, carpets stained and well worn. Buffet breakfast had little choice, possibly because it had not been replenished when we went in to eat at 9am (served til 9.30). The cooked breakfast was average.
Our executive room had 2 double beds which was great, bedding clean, pillows could have been bigger. Towels in bathroom good quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and there was a good selection for breakfast. The pool and spa also was very good and met our requirements
