A great welcoming comfortable stay

The service and experience from all the staff is incredible.
Large spacious well designed rooms and a quality bed and pillows, perfect.

For price of hotel in the area of Hull, UK not worth it. Room was very confortable and clean, but didnt come with fridge(you can ask for one), room service is very expensive, does have AC but shuts off during the night so woke up sweating each night, cleaning service comes early(930) so couldnt get room cleaned half the time, and the TV needs apps or smart hook up for movies or shows.
