Comfortable Stay
Publié le 27 juill. 2020 sur HotelsApartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom!
There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp.
The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things.

Hello
We are up grading the blinds as appreciate blackout blinds are probably required for the bedroom especially.
We located a leak coming from the first floor shower which is above the kitchen for the ground floor apartment when housekeeping attended following check out. This was we believe the damp smell was coming from. It was repaired immediately. It is a shame the guest did not let us know whilst there as this could have been rectified quickly and would have improved the stay.
