Is what it is perfect for working away not somewere you’d take your wife for a weekend away! I’d go back with work

I am inclined to agree with you that due to our location being in the hub of an industrial area, a romantic weekend would not be had :) but as you say, our pricing and area suits many a workforce and we hope that you enjoyed your stay. Serious Security Issues
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsI think you have a very serious security issue! Various men trying to follow you through the securing claiming the codes did not work whenever we were entering. The toilets are shared gender but have no lock on the cubicles. I had to wait outside the toilet area when my daughter wanted the toilet. This poses a serious risk. I would expect to be reimbursed but most importantly address these issues before something happens

Dear guest After looking further into your review we would very much like to discuss this with you directly. All self check in codes are independent to each room and after reviewing the access records, we had no breaches shown. You claim that men followed you, so we would be eager to review our cctv if you can provide us with a time? We would then be able to establish which guests were in the communal corridors at the same time as you. The room rate booked by yourself was for a shared bathroom room. We have private bathroom choices should you wish to choose that allocation and rate. Each cubicle is also independent so there is no need for a ‘gender’ that you would expect in a public house or restaurant. We would have been more than happy to discuss your concerns should you have reached out to us or called at reception when checking out. Kind regards.

Cheap and not cheerful
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsShared bathroom was horrid - the electric shower was either freezing cold or burning hot - nothing in between. On the second night the light didn't work either. This was really the basics to expect to have been provided even for the low price paid.
Overall - very run down place.

Clean and warm

served purpose
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel served its purpose was just a place to sleep for a night. you don’t see the owner had to ring them to get a code to get into the building and the rooms. only after i booked i was informed the restaurant and bar was shut on a monday tuesday so we had to go out to eat. the parking was just the area where they keep the bins, could fit 2 cars max and only small cars (luckily mine is) as you have to drive through a small gate to get there. the walk to the room felt like miles and had a strong smell of pee everywhere. the room was ok. carpet had a lot of stains and weird smell in the small bathroom. on a lighter note the bed was clean and comfy , tea and coffee provided in the room and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.

There must have been a misunderstanding as you arrived whilst I was at our suppliers but was on hand from early afternoon to serve and attend to your needs.
