Great place to stay for concert
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCozy place to stay with a group for the Outlaw Festival at Hershey Park stadium. Great communication with property manager, who helped us find the place even when Google maps gave faulty directions. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Publié le 1 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayWell it was very unpleasant there was a musky smell as we walked in we never got to stay cause we found some mold so needless to say we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay very disappointing this was our first rental and it wasn’t a good experience still waiting on our refund we did speak to a third party owner who says we will b getting a refund I really hope it comes through considering we had to pay to stay in a hotel we were 4 hours away from home and had 4 days of things planned ! I’m hoping the least they can can do is send me my refund ! I even called the company that I went through and have not received call from them either 3 days later ?? Left a message w the evolve team and haven’t received a call back yet so I’m hoping the woman I spoke to holds her word to us

Do NOT rent this property!
Publié le 28 mai 2021 sur HomeAwayThis was a deplorable "vacation," as my family and could not even stay at the property for a birthday celebration and had to check into a nearby hotel.
The pictures are in no way accurate; there is a pool right outside this trailer home without wheels, which is not mentioned in the description at all. We were also not able to use it. Instead, the other renters from the adjacent property were able to access it, and they did so, playing. loud music, smoking pot and being profane, despite the "7am to 9pm" quiet time curfew.
Even after taking pictures to document what we saw and providing proof that we did not stay at the property because we basically were forced not too ...EVOLVE and Vrbo did absolutely nothing to resolve this situation and refused to provide a refund simply because the owner "didn't want to."
Please ...find another property ...ideally not through Vrbo or Evolve.

The listing does note that there are other properties onsite, but we're sorry that the pool caught you off guard and that the neighbors made your stay less enjoyable. Not as Advertised
Publié le 7 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe pictures are not accurate. There is now a swimming pool and another house on the property for rent. The pool was occupied for two nights until 3am with loud music making it difficult for us to sleep. If the property was accurately advertised, we would not have stayed there. The cleanliness was also superficial. Beware before you stay! They should advertise accurately.

Great house
Publié le 2 janv. 2019 sur HomeAwayCame for a long weekend in Hershey. The house is not even 10 minutes away. Amenities like towels, linens, Netflix and amazon movies were all included; Kids loved it! Will definitely be back. Had an issue with heat and owner had someone to fix it within 1/2 hour.
