Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful setting. Accommodations were very adequate. Minor issue with detachable shower head was dangling due to broken holder for the shower head. Also, there was some grease stains on the comforter and steps.
We had a very nice stay nevertheless.
PS: it would be nice to have illumination on the driveway available.

Beautiful River Front
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is a studio, but a very large, roomy, pleasant studio. Everything we needed was provided, and the host, Derrick, was responsive and helpful. The deck on the river is a definite plus. We loved it!

Short Stay …. Not overly impressed

When taking closer look at the room, found dirt under the bed as we were leaving and some other things that were just not quite as clean as they should be. The designated cleaning. There was only one chair available for sitting on the Porch. The deck by the river needed cleaning. It was no access to the river.

Thanks for the bad review. I understand if my cleaner missed, that will be taken care of in the future. If I would have known before the bad review, I would have reimbursed the cleaning fee. As far as the river goes, one of the chairs must have blown off the deck. You can get to the river, because me and several of my friend and family get off the river when we float. Great communication, sure you are not a business owner. Again, sorry about the weather and that you had to leave a day early.

Dropped the ball
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayNo hand soap, no shower soap, no Kleenex, not nearly enough toilet paper, only 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay. Reported immediately the next morning, no reply. The ceiling fan hadn't been dusted for years and dust bunnies had been growing for a long time. The pans in the kitchen were 40 year old Teflon with most of it worn off exposingvisitors to cancer causing agents. Lovely build in nice spot.

Funny that I never heard from the guest when I list my phone number on the sight and happen to live on the same property. If they were unhappy with anything, I would of helped and responded immediately. This is a load of crap and very unfair!

Beautiful, quiet property close to Glacier National Park. Cleanliness was a little lacking, but It suited our needs.

It's a mother in law apartment above the garage. It's really cute and has a kitchen, full bath, and plenty of space. There is river access in the back. It's really close to glacier national Park. The check in time did not match. Once we arrived check in was 3 and check out was 10. I think this is an issue with renting from Expedia when it originated on VRBO
