We'll certainly look into ways to address this issue more effectively.-Regarding the blankets and heating, we do provide reminders to our guests about the amenities available, including the blankets provided. Additionally, we want to clarify that each cabin is equipped with heaters, and we're puzzled as to where the misunderstanding about no heat arose.-As for the animals on our ranch, we understand that they may not be everyone's cup of tea, and we apologize for any disruption they may have caused during your stay.
