They never sent me a check in email so I don’t know

Never sent check in instructions. When I got there no one was there and no one answered the phone. Sent many messages nothing. Finally, a management company called me and said no refunds. They even charged me the cleaning fee. Also, if you stay here the parking lot is a half mile from the house and you have to take a mud trail to get there. I

Craig, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark. We know how frustrating it is when you can’t reach someone during your stay, and we apologize that Evolve’s communication fell short. We have increased our staffing to make sure that we can respond to guests in a timely fashion moving forward. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, we'd also like to share the following: -We're sorry to hear that you never received check-in instructions from the host; we trust that this issue and the topic of reimbursement have been addressed by them. Moving forward, this should not be a recurring issue. -The parking lot is located about 5 minutes from the cabin and you must take a dirt trail to get there. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of rainfall before your stay so it may have made travel more difficult. We’d love the chance to provide you with a truly 5-star travel experience, so please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help the next time that you book a vacation rental.

Peaceful weekend getaway

We truly enjoyed our weekend stay at the Urban Saddle Ranch. Our cabin was cozy and clean. The setting is beautiful. We hope to return.

WE had a great time. The ranch was close to great hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. Quiet setting, which was wonderful after a full day of adventures! The only thing we would suggest would be parking at "all" the cabins be made available. Walking from the main parking lot at night was rough.

Perfect getaway

When my friend and I met there we had no idea what to expect due to both of us not being from the area. We loved the cabins and the fire pits as well as the pets and the property. We talked with Bob for a while and learned a great deal about the property. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!

Perfect COVID vacation

We have a dog, needed a change of scenery, decided on a cabin and lake to maintain social distancing. The location and cabin were wonderful! Owners are super friendly and welcoming. I was glad I brought all our food. Only needed to buy lighter fluid and matches. They supply the wood! Great fishing and swimming and hiking nearby, needed to preregister rental canoe to get into 7 stars marina. No horseback riding at present, but plenty of other safe activities in the area. Roads are a little sketchy, glad we had the truck. Will definitely consider returning. Thank you!
