The staff were helpful to us since we had a very upsetting and unnecessary problem with our booking through Expedia that took over an hour to resolve. If it weren’t for the staff, we would have left. The bathroom was extremely small and the pool was across the parking lot with a shared wall to the Jack in the Box—not ideal.

Comfortable stay
The room had been updated but not the bathroom. Fixtures need replacing. Very low bathroom vanity, maybe for wheelchair use but the height of the bed would not be conducive to a handicapped individual. King bed was comfortable. The lobby was clean and updated. The breakfast area was pretty small for a hotel of its size, they did have a few tables and chairs setup in the lobby area for the overflow. Food selection was typical, always replenished.

My 2nd home to sleep in.
The front desk, she alway very friendly. The only problem is the key to the room does not work to get in the room befor check out at 11am. It happen today. My partner when downstairs to get coffee. And im usually taking a shower. Again i had to open the door for him. The front desk did check the key, but it didn't work. Luckily i heard a knock from the outside and open the door for him. But other then that the hotel is amazing.
