The staff was outstanding. “Best in class” service. The fitness room was not very good. Outdated equipment with treadmills that did not work. The room was clean and quiet. The lobby was wonderful. Parking was great and we enjoyed being across the street from Bella Terra.

I was carrying expensive equipment for my work. As I was unloading my suitcase to check in, I noticed two cars with broken windows. I come to find out that some individuals came at night and broke into a bunch of cars. Apparently they didn’t take anything And from what I understand, they confronted the security person when they saw the perpetrators on camera. So I had to lug a bunch of boxes up to my fifth or sixth floor room so that nobody would steal our equipment. As for the comfort in the conditions of the room, I had stayed here once before a few years prior to Covid. It has taken a lot of wear and tear from customers, some who don’t respect other people‘s property or condition. Countertop vinyl was peeling off the bedding wasn’t all that great damage to the carpet in the hallways, and they only had one elevator working.

My only critique of this hotel is that it is starting to show its age. Although it looks very nice on the outside, the interior (halls and rooms) are beginning to get run down. The shower in the room was almost completely broken, the flooring had lots of water damage and the carpet, bed and furniture were about as basic as one could get without addressing it with repairs. Staff were fantastic and the location was awesome just needs some maintenance very soon.

The price point was about the only thing I liked about our stay and the proximity to where we needed to be. The hotel was supposedly going through renovations. There were a lot of issue from our room keys having issues due to being close to our cell phones and we needed to constantly get our keys changed. Upon arrival our refrigerator we payed extra to have was not placed in its proper location and literally in the walk way. The floors to the console and table looked very used and chipped. Floor boards lifted and damaged. Bath tub would pool of water supposed due to hair being backed up and not drained, but even after we had our snaked, water continued to pool. The up keep of the hotel is sketch. Our rooms would be serviced even though we had the sign for no one to enter or clean. I don't like that they don't have a pack n play for toddlers and kids, thankfully we borrowed from family, though yet another inconvenience. Ultimately, we did switch rooms after one night. The second room was also on the same floor, slightly but not at all better. The first room we had had looked like the door and lock meet had been tampered with to the point of exposure and had just been painted over and not even reinforced. I don't know if I would stay there again. It's nice that it's located across Costs/Bella Terra and Old town. But it definitely did not feel comfortable.

Looks nicefrom the outside, but don’t let that fool you it’s old on the inside. I had to change room because my carpet was wet and there was a big red spill on it. The mattress was terrible. I would never stay there again.

We only stayed one night for an event at the Biergarten across the street. Appreciated the convenience and location but the room left A LOT to be desired. No mini fridge. Paint was chipping all over the walls, the room smelled like a public bathroom, overall it was VERY outdated. The room seemed clean but it was hard to tell considering the grimy look of old fixtures.
