Publié le 3 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un mois dans cette location, Michael et sa femme sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. L'appartement correspond bien à l'annonce, il est très agréable et propre, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable ( parasol, lessive etc). Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles à l'emplacement car il faut juste prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage on peut y aller à pied mais cela prend 30 minutes, c est la différence entre la France et les USA tout est tellement plus grand là bas.
Merci à Michael et sa femme pour ce bon séjour.

Huntington Beach wedding weekend
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIn town for family wedding with 6 adults. P.roperty is lovely, weather was one of the few ugly hots ones, but property stayed pretty cool, despite the no a/c overnight,(there is a/c in the day).
full size fridge and everything you would need for a weekend getaway.
host was responsive and cool.
Beautiful Beaches was a short ride away, I highly recommend this place the Huntington Beach House for casual dinner and drinks sunset right at Beach blvd & PCH

Although we were unable to cancel our trip for a refund, within minutes of messaging Michael and letting him know, he called me. He was so kind and assuring in letting me know that he would help me in anyway he could. A few weeks later, I needed a letter from him to submit to the trip insurance. Within 1/2 hour he had a professional letter drawn up and signed for me to submit. Although I didn’t get to see or stay at the property, I can only imagine with Michael’s responsiveness , the property is as advertised!! Thanks for the help sir !!

Fantastic stay

He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Highly recommend this property. For our family of 4 it worked perfectly and the location can’t be beat.

You need bikes!

We loved the property, Michael was quick to reply when needed and checking in was simple. House has great patio with BBQ and dining area. Clean, comfortable, well appointed kitchen (does lack a regular oven - we made do with the toaster oven provided) would stay again.

Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe neighborhood was amazing and friendly. The home was clean spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the den and patio. The driveway hangout was the best.
I looked at so many rentals and could not remember all of the accommodations for each place. The absence of a stove upon moving in was a surprise, but found a portable induction cooktop later that day. We are grocery getters and cook every meal (yes, even on vacation), so it changed our daily meal plans. Not a huge deal. We definitely made due and it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.
The owner was very accessible and accommodating. He sent us a todo list and nearby attractions (including grocery stores) when we asked. Very helpful and friendly.
Overall the place was perfect.
