They are upgrading the rooms and halls and it looks good so far. The staff was great. The hotel is built like a maze and is confusing to navigate.

I walked to my room down a long hall covered in construction paper with toilets sitting outside rooms. I was only there one night but if I had been there several, I would have asked for a different room. The room itself was clean. The bathroom lavatory is way too short and needs to be redone. Very poor quality work.

Be more pet friendly

We paid $20 a night for our puppy to stay at this hotel but there was no place for her to go to the bathroom! Need more grassy areas for pets especially if you’re going to charge $20 per night. Shower handle was backwards, cold was hot and hot was cold! That’s a liability waiting to happen! The TV had a big white spot in the middle of it! The carpets are filthy!

Stranded in Huntsville!!

I called the hotel to let them know my flight was delayed, Nicole told me no problem, just call when I needed to be picked up! I called at 10:15, and the two people on the phone said it was too late! So I had to scramble to get an Uber at 10:15 to the hotel!! Not a happy camper 😡
