The property was good, breakfast buffet included was well worth it. Pool had lots of towels and very kid friendly.
Our bed was rock hard, though others rave about the soft beds

Everything was good except for the fact that the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and we had a hard time finding the ice machine.

The room was dark. The furniture was dated, sunken in and dirty. One of the lamps bedside the bed was broken.
The bathroom and all of its fixtures were not only old, but extremely filthy. But the bathroom in the office area was modern nice and clean. The staff was friendly

I'm sorry to hear that the room wasn't up to our usual standards. Please accept my apologies. I have spoken with the housekeeping and maintenance departments about the situation and they have taken immediate steps to correct the issues. It's good to hear, though, that the bathroom in the office area was in much better shape and that the staff made a positive impression. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

El hotel asqueroso. Sucio es piropo Definitivamente no volvería a quedarme ahí. En nuestra habitación encontramos dos cucarachas gigantes y al avisar a manager no le importo. Los pasillos llenos de cigarros y las habitaciones son limpiar. Terrible terrible
