Needs work
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHotel was damp and humid and the room not very clean. The selling in the bathroom was old and rusted. Not even looked like attempted to paint over it.
Staff was great very nice but the hotel itself needs work.

Room was standard. Amenities either out of order
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe pool was out of service as was the workout room. The continental breakfast was subpar, juice machine out of order, overall selection lacking. The staff was friendly and the room sufficient, however I specifically booked this hotel for the pool since we were there for a softball tournament and wanted to cool off after 2 long days at the ball field so it was disappointing.

Terrible place to stay
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was full of dust, and the bed had bedbugs on it. The hallway fire door was jammed open, so anyone can walk into the building unchecked. Light fixtures in the room were broken or strobing.

I booked the stay for the pool and the pool was not up and running.

I liked the Comfort Inn in Decatur , Alabama because it was right off of Interstate 65 and it had plenty of dining options.

To start, when we went up to our room we noticed that the hallway emergency lights were flashing. I mentioned it to the clerk, but she didn't seem interested.
The bedroom area was OK, but the bathroom needs work. The bathtub faucet has a constant drip, and the drain pipes under the sink had a leak. There was a bucket under the sink to catch the water, but it had a couple inches of old scummy water. If they can't fix the leak they should at least make sure the bucket is cleaned out daily. In all this will not be on my list of places to return to.
