The staff was professional, courteous & apologetic I checked in early without going to my room. When I got in late I found the door propped open with the deadbolt. Extremely tired, I settled in. The room was okay but the bathroom was dated. The next morning I tried to turn on the TV and only got Newsmax. Got in the shower for the early trip back home only to find no towels. Had to dry off with the floor mat towel. I visit this area a lot but this is my last stay here

All the carpet was torn up and there was exposed tack strip everywhere and the charges to my card didn’t match the offer from Expedia we paid more

Shower was broken, dirty and had mildew. Staff refused to give extra towels and only had 1. No was wash clothes. Also refused to bring linens for pullout bed. Had to go get ourselves and didn't include sheets and of course no pillowcases. Just a blanket and a pillow. Noone ever at the front the desk until you stand there ringing the bell for 15 minutes. Blinds broken in room. Need I say more...

Trust nobody
