Publié le 25 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayKitchen trash can had not been emptied. Need to warn guests that electronic door lock self locks (mostly). Need to advise guests to ONLY rely on electronic lock, even though another lock is on the door and works (but NO WAY to unlock it (We were locked out coming back at midnight). However, immediate response from host was great.
Very good value for the price. A few lamps and chairs would make place better.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the self-locking electronic door system and the lack of a key for the additional lock. It is important for guests to rely solely on the electronic lock and not assume access through any other means.
Regarding the issue with the kitchen trash can, we understand that the cleaner did not use a trash bag due to the presence of cleaning wipes. We will make sure to address this with the cleaning staff to ensure proper disposal methods are followed in the future.
We appreciate your suggestion regarding the inclusion of lamps and chairs to enhance the overall experience of the place. We will take this into consideration as we continuously work to improve our accommodations.

Great weekend stay
