it smelled bad

The front desk staff were very friendly and the check in process was fast. Everything else was pretty bad. The room was DISGUSTING. The bathroom counters were dirty, the sheets and blankets had stains, and the doors and walls haven't been wiped down in years. The carpet was filthy and turned my socks brown. The "hotel" is being renovated so the free breakfast is a to go bag with a muffin, fruit cup, and bottled water which was ok... at least they tried. Customer service from the front desk staff are great but housekeeping definitely needs to be replaced ASAP.

Everything was clean and well kept. The property is currently being remodeled, so I expect it will only get better in the future.

It's a small town so my expectations were high but the hotel is going a must needed renovation. The place is old and it shows. You can hear as soon as someone opens a door and when they closed it sounds so loud. Housekeeper walk in the room at 8:15am trying to clean it.

We checked in and were given a handicap room even though we didn’t request one. It was inconvenient. Also they advertise breakfast and there was absolutely nothing . I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Most people booking on these 3rd party websites book the cheapest room which is the handicap room also we only have breakfast grab and go bags

Hotel doing renovations and so everything is slow. No continental breakfast as advertised. On check in, the person was very slow. Took like 20 minutes to check in and get room keys.
