There are 2 reasons this stay wasn't given 5 stars. One, one of the rooms was a bit stuffy upon arrival and had a strange odor. It wasn't a mildew smell just and off smell. I had odoban on hand and sprayed, then turned the air up until it was tolerable. Two, this same room's door was cracked near the lock and made it hard to open and properly shut the door. This particular suite was nice and roomy otherwise. The furniture could stand to be updated but no big deal. Bed was nice and comfy. We had two other rooms with no issues at all. This hotel has the best complimentary breakfast we've had this far. The added options of fresh fruit and other toppings for the pancakes and oatmeal were a plus. There were flavored syrups available for the pancakes, and also a choice of malted vanilla batter and blueberry. They had strawberry cream cheese spread as well as regular. They also had fruit infused water as a choice along with the normal apple and orange juice. The attendant was sure to replenish foods promptly and made sure everything was nice and fresh. All of the employees were friendly and hospitable. My family enjoyed their stay and I'm sure we will be back soon. Thanks for a great experience during a difficult time for our family.

It was pretty outdated. And not very clean. The staff was friendly and it was an easy check in.

Overall it was fine. Biggest issue was that there were some water leaks and then we had a toilet overflow issue as well.

Great room. Very quite. You wouldn’t know you were next to the highway and airport. Everything was clean. The breakfast was great.

We were deeply disappointed with our recent stay at the Hampton Inn. This was not our first experience with the hotel chain, and unfortunately, it left a negative impression. The suite we had booked for six people was typically spacious and comfortable, but our experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed in our original room was visibly dirty, with brown and reddish-brown stains, as well as debris of unknown origin. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, who offered to move us to another room. However, the replacement room was also found to have a dirty sofa bed.
Despite paying over $300 for our stay and the late hour, we decided to remain in the second room, using extra sheets to minimize discomfort. Unfortunately, our problems did not end there. The bathroom was also unclean, with a visibly dirty door and a bent shower curtain pole that did not fully cover the bathtub. Additionally, the room carpet was dirty.
We believe that the quality of cleanliness at this Hampton Inn falls short of our expectations. We hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary improvements will be made to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience.

Marco, I am utterly horrified to hear your comments of our hotel. We have recently had a change in management and I can assure you this will not be an issue going forward. We look forward to seeing you again and having another chance to give you the stay you deserve.
