Once in our room, our bathroom had 3 used mens underwear still hanging up. When we called the front desk all that was said was "oh no. Ill move you to a new room." No apology. When grabbing new keys we were given keys to the room we already had. The door to the new room was very hard to open. You essentially had to barge your way into the room to get it open. Once in the new room, there was still pieces of paper on the floor and the fridge was not plugged in. In the morning, more issues showed up. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was completely empty. The bathroom light was broken. Coffee maker was missing the piece that holds the filter causing water to continue to leak. We had decided to end our stay early as a result.

A great stay
The room was big and roomy. The hotel was recently renovated. It was beautiful and clean. The service was very good. We enjoyed our stay. However, the next time we will try to book a room on the top floor just to avoud the noise from kids running in the halls above us. Overall, it was a great stay.

As I was reviewing which property to stay at in Huntsville, I noticed the high customer rating. I must say, the reviewers did not disappoint. I loved this property including the friendly welcome from the staff, the clean and modern rooms, the convenient location (near the Bridge Street Town Centre which is filled with excellent shopping and a variety of restaurants), and finally, the great breakfast. Great value with a great night’s sleep!

the property was clean. The pool was fair but had no pool towels as stated. The rooms had an ice bucket but no glasses for water. The breakfast was fair but need to add more staff had to wait for food to be replenished and line was long.
