Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived after midnight to check in after a long day of travel. The front desk attendant gave us keys to a room that was either occupied or hadn’t been cleaned yet. I opened the door and saw towels on the floor, unmade beds, and full trash cans. We went back downstairs and were assigned to a different room. Although the new room was in a better state, there was still garbage on the floor that had been left behind by the previous guests in 2 corners of the room.
For a family of 3, there was only one towel in the room. When we attempted to retrieve more towels, we were told that there were none available. I have never written a bad review before and wouldn’t be considered a complainer. Knowing we spent close to $200 for what was ultimately a 6-hour stay left us feeling a little frustrated. A clean room with 3 towels is not an unreasonable expectation.

Everything was ready on time and very clean. No issues. Highly recommend.
