We only stayed for one night but it was very pleasant. our family suite was huge and very comfortable.

Very nice place and area

The property is in a newly developed area that includes retail and dining venues. My son and I enjoyed walking the area and had some BBQ for dinner before walking about three minutes back to the hotel.

Been here many times in the past this hotel needs to be rehab. The carpets in the room and lobby and hall need to be replaced. When we got to our room the kitchen floor as you walk in was very sticky our shoes stuck to the floor. We told the front desk, she said she would send house keeping in the morning. The next day we had no housekeeping service. It’s no surprise that she didn’t since she was more interested in the person or video she had on her phone. Very surprised by how much service and the conditions of this property has declined.

We are thankfully having the hallway carpets replaced this year and just recently had all the guest room carpets cleaned. We will address these issues with housekeeping. We hope to see you again so that we may improve on these scores!
