The price. But when you book through Expedia, the front desk said I shouldn't do that because the hotel has to pay a percentage! Not my concern if I am trying to save money. Price is to high for what you Don't Get!

started off putting me in a room, that someone was already in. got new room, and it had a bad smell, had to go to store get a can of air freshener, spray it and left for 1 hr, then came back, was way better had to leave bathroom exhaust fan on all the time. i will not be going back

We apologize for the mix up you going to a room that was occupied, it wasn't done purposely. Mr. Sparks if the room had a bad smell we would have gave you a different room or you could have come and spoke to me directly and I would have walked to your room and made things right by compensation.

I am sorry you feel this way. My question is why would you stay past your reservation time if you were so uncomfortable here? Did you address your concerns with the front desk?

The entire building smelled like stale cigarette smoke, everything was dirty. I killed a total of 4 cockroaches in my room during my stay. The front desk person was nice, but that was the only good thing about this stay. I noticed other rooms had a do not disturb sign, however I did not get one, so on my first day, I had room service pound on my door at 8am, not wait for a response, and burst into my room. Will not recommend or return to this hotel.

Kylie, I am sorry people smoke in the hotel although it is clearly stated they should not. We do kick them out when we catch them. On your first day here you came to me saying room service did not come to your room and you were in need of shampoo and conditioner. Being the bottles are tiny and you were here for 6 days I requested they go to your room daily to see if you were in need of anything. As normally because we are green we only go every 2 days. I was unaware someone knocked and then did not give you time to get to the door. I will address this with housekeeping as this is not ok and wish you would have told me about the incident so I could address it immediately with whom ever did this. Again I am sorry for this inconvenience.
