Room was dirty on check in
carpet around a/c unit was soaking wet
Dirty towels from previous stay left behind door
No house keeping during 4 day stay
Key card didn’t work properly keep having to go to desk to get it reauthorized
Overall poor condition only positive was close to where I needed to be

The moment we walked in we realized the ac wasnt working. Tried to call the desk with no answer. I went down to the desk and they sent someone to fux ut. I will say he was the only polite one we encountered. Half the lights in the room did not work. Outlets were broken, sink was broken and falling apart. Ice maker not working. Wires hanging out of the ac unit. There were 2 towels. Mind you i registered 4 guest. When i asked for 2 towels i was told there werent any. I reported the problems to the desk but she rolled her eyes and said she would look into it. I really think she was just giving lip service and wasnt going to do anything at all.

Needs updating!

Carpet is frayed, bathroom fixtures loose, walls peeling paint, TV cables dangling, light fixture over desk blinks on and off, etc. Air conditioner is especially noisy. At breakfast, one choice of cereal, limited choices of anything else.
