Stayed in a room for 2 nights found a cockroach in closet. My room was moved to another then found a cockroach in the bed that night. Called the front desk and told them I was leaving. I paid for 7 night and stayed for 3 nights. Wanting a refund for the 4 night I did not stay. Still waiting to hear from the hotel.

The room clean and comfortable. For the price it's very nice. Breakfast is a traditional waffles and biscuits and gravy but lots of coffee. Since some of the people who sre here live here so its a little noisy.

People are noisy in the mornings. House keeping is loud in the mornings. Check out is at 11am. House keeping knocking on the door at 9am, 10am is rude !! Other than that pretty good

Quaint Motel
Beautiful little motel. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and well kept. Only negative thing was that breakfast was to be ready at 5:30 which was perfect as we needed an early start and it was not put out until sometime after 5:45 because rhat is when I gave up waiting. No apologies or nothing. I was told its just going to be a few more minutes at 5:28.

I did have a dirty sock left in the room and the floor wasn't vacuumed. I was charged twice for my room, once from expedia and again from the hotel directly. The manager was very helpful and sent a refund right back to my card.

Just stayed for a night passing through and was perfect for the price and location. Our room had the plumbing reversed for the hot and cold in the shower and the sink faucet was loose. Water pressure was great. TV was great. Any complaints are minor.

We had a great stay here! Surprisingly no major complaints! The bed was comfortable and not too soft (we are firm mattress sleepers), the lights all worked in the room, things were clean, water was hot with good pressure, shampoo and conditioner provided along with towels. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was decent. The gravy was not great, but maybe it was just an off day. Parking was convenient and our room was quiet. It's at a convenient area off the highway and near many shops and dining options.

Cons: Cigarette burn in duvet, Visible mold around bathtub drain, Discolored shower curtain, Only one bar of soap between shower and sink areas, Dresser drawer was not useable - drawer slide needs repair. Pros: Super comfy bed and pillows, Little fridge and tiny freezer did a good job keeping cold, Pretty good breakfast with several options including meat, Front desk staff was lovely. Also this is more of a Hotels.com issue (or possibly my not navigating it well enough), but I've never been able to see in advance when I'm booking a second floor motel room where we'll have to unload up the stairs. I would consider staying here again, but would at least write in a request for ground floor.

Great stay
This room was clean and appeared to have a recent remodel. Lobby was bright and festive. Staff was very friendly. This is a stay that the management appears to care about the customers and not only drain it for profit. Excellent price for what was offered.
