The room was substandard and smell gave me an immediate migraine upon walking in. The agent at desk accommodated us and refunded us to go somewhere else

Propiedad descuidada agua sucia y mucha gente afuera por las noches causa inseguridad piscina no en servicio realmente el costo por noche deja mucho que decir . Por la mañana carros pitando alas 5-6 de la mañana mucha bulla .

Nobody was at the front desk EVER! The pool water was green and hair floating. I don't know when is the last time they attended that pool. Room was old but clean

DO NOT!! We decided to stay for the night Needless to say Quality Inn is the last place we would go again. No Quality to be found. We checked in, I booked a single bed because it was just us, the man checking us in had a Laquinta shirt on (are they a joint company I have no idea but it confused me). He asked me if could book us 2 double beds for the same price. I said sure I guess it didn't matter. We get in the room and oh my gosh. First of all it smelled musty, but for a cheap price we could live with it for the night. The ceiling above the bed was peeling off, under the sink on the wall looked black like mold was growing, the sink was constantly dripping, the bathtub was so dirty. The bed was ok, I feel like the sheets and beds had stains on them, no bedbugs or anything. So we stayed for the night checking out is when it got crazy. We returned our room key and as we got into our cars the owner comes out and says a top sheet is missing they have to search our cars. So we let them look and we helped them look in the room. No where to be found, but the maid had already entered the room and started tearing the beds apart so neither bed had sheets on them. They told us we could either pay for the sheet or they would file a report. So I said file a report because it's stupid to take one sheet. So Police come and they think it's just as unnecessary as we do. They had us trespassed and police filed a report but police said it was them being petty wanting deposit money.

Do not book here!! Unless desperate.
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was very dirty. Our bathroom door was coming off hinges, toilet seat was coming off, the ceiling vents were black which made ceilings black from dirt, curtains look like they’ve never been washed. I was so grossed out I didn’t want to walk barefoot in the room.

The lady working the front desk was very kind and was as helpful as can be, but there was only so much she could do for me. The first room (non-smoking) smelled like an ash tray so she gave me the room next to it. The ceiling had water stains and was sagging in multiple places, the shower curtain rod was literally ready to fall off at any moment, the hvac has not had a proper cleaning in a long time, there were stains all over the bathtub, the bed was very uncomfortable, the walls and doors were dirty and stained, crumbs were on the desk chair, and plaster and paint were missing on the walls. I took photos if anyone wants to see them. This is by far, not what I was expecting when paying $120 (after taxes) per night and by far the dirtiest hotel room that I have ever stayed in.
